If you want a Professional, from problem identification, estimation to completion, I recommend Dennis Kose and his team. He has solid communications and project management skills and his team is responsible and careful. Several months after the work, i can attest that the water problem continued to be remediated and looked like the team had finished up yesterday. Because of these architectural details, there was just air underneath from the outside, and the corresponding inside location got very cold. Crawl Space pulled out the old, flimsy insulation and put in higher rated R insulation, layered with thick R-max insulation, then sealed with treated plywood and expanding foam.   Prior to this job, they had encapsulated my entire crawl space and installed a sump pump and dehumidifier.  The company is very professional and responsive to customer needs.  Their prices are fair and reasonable and they always do a great job, even clean up.  I highly recommend them and would use them again if needed.
