They were to clean my furnace for the winter and also my office. Did not clean either one. Paid the guy he left then I looked at te insidr of both furnace neither one had been touched. Called another company due to the furnace not actung right. It was bloom heating he took one look and said they lied to me showed me where things should have been taken care of,it was very dusty, and no clean filter. at my office, didn't ask me about the broken hot water tank, they just brought one in. You have to understand this is a doctors office so I couldn't stand around and check them. They put in a tank that was to big for the office and still leaked. Theres more but I think you get the picture.

Gary is very efficient and his work is exceptional. Will come very quickly when called.

He did it immediately and could of charged me more. I found him to be very ethical. He could of easily scammed me. I was very relieved and happy to find him. It was not an easy find. The job is done and finish. It was a nightmare job at the beginning. Easy to deal with and I will use him over and over again. He knows what he is doing.
