job went very well, the tub looks great. technician was prompt and courteous.

The technician's name was Bret. I had recently remodeled my bathroom, with new shower walls and a new sink but leaving the old bathtub, which although of a nice basic design was over 60 years old and nicked and faded. The installer (not this company) had scratched the new shower wall as well as leaving residue of dried drywall mix smeared on the shower wall, including the joints where the shower wall meets the drywall. Brett, the technician, arrived at the scheduled time and was courteous and professional at all times. Brett evened the shower wall/drywall joints to meet correctly, removed the smeared drywall paste, repaired the nicks and scratches in the walls and tub, and refinished everything in American Standard White to look like brand new. I had him do the bathroom sink also, as it was a different shade of white and I wanted everything to match. Brett advised me that the sink really didn’t need refinished but I wanted everything to match exactly (The water closet, by American Standard, was our reference shade). The owner, John, came on the last day to complete the job as it took an extra day than originally planned and Brett was scheduled elsewhere that day. After completing the work he left the place cleaned of all mess and debris and reviewed the guarantee and cleaning instructions. I could not be more pleased. I have a beautiful brand new bathroom at a fraction of the cost. I have another bathroom that has an aged and scratched tub and tile that I will have done next year using the same process. The only difference is that I will use Kohler White because it has a Kohler water closet.

The job went well. The workers were prompt, conscientious, friendly and respectful of our family and our home. Very satisfied with the work and the product.

horrible would not hire again, charged me twice had to go to charge card company for credit, the coating on the soap tile in tub still has old was not painted, some tiles look bad, the skid resistance on bottom of tub was like nails had to have them come back and sand down, put there hoses on top of my Hotel Collection bedding which became ruined, so they did not move the furniture which they should have, equipment they had problems with, said it would take 3 days and it took 5 days way longer than anticipated

Ben was punctual, polite and did an excellent job.  He needed to return the second day to put on the finishing touches and did so at a very early morning time for me so I could be on time for work.  I love my new bathtub.

They did a beautiful job. We couldn't believe how well the jacuzzi turned out. We had a couple of minor issues and John came out immediately and remedied the situation. I would easily recommend them to anyone looking for this type of work.

I called on a Monday and left a message. John, the owner, called me that afternoon to discuss the work, the refinishing process, and the cost. I scheduled the work during that call, and there happened to be an opening for the next day, so I took it. John said the workmen would be here at 9:00 am. At 8:59 am, they pulled into the driveway. There were two workmen in the crew. They were both very friendly and courteous. They examined the bathtub and explained the refinishing process. They said the job would take four to five hours to complete. They then set to work. They kept me updated on their progress throughout the job and finished in three hours. My bathtub looks brand new. I can't believe I waited this long to have it done.

Smelled terribly like chemicals afterward which was expected but be careful if you're sensitive.   The material started to fail in the grout and on surrounding tile after about 6 months.  I e-mailed the provider with pictures to inquire and never heard back.   I chalked it up to waste of time and $$.  It costs about 1/4 of something like BathFitter and is about worth that.  I used Bath Fitter for another bathroom and would recommend spending the extra money for a quality service.  Miracle Method is NOT it.

They did a pretty good job overall. They actually did some damage but I was able to get them to pay for the damages. It was unfortunate that it happened but they did at least compensate me for it. They're probably the most expensive but I was okay with that because I felt like their product was probably the best out of the other companies I have seen do that. It's definitely a good product. They did it pretty quick. They were right on time when they came and did it.

The technicians were prompt and professional .  We are very pleased with the job.  Our 1940's bathroom looks so much better.  I was impressed how meticulous that Tyler was.  This was an overall nice experience.

It was wonderful.  They were very meticulous.  They took their time.  They came back to check it to make sure we were happy with it.  I couldn't help with a better result. 

Contact by phone to get info and set up appointment was pleasant.   I used a coupon received in the mail towards the price with no problem.  The employee arrived on time and was very efficient. He covered the floor and sink, etc. to protect from the refinishing product, which is sprayed on like car paint.   The fumes are very strong - I suggest you schedule this when you can open all the windows in the house.  He did a very good job on the tub with American Standard White, a very nice gloss finish.   I also agreed to have non-skid strips added to the bottom of the tub to prevent slipping.   The finish is VERY slippery but looks great.  I also had him replace the old tub drain plug parts, which also loos great.



My only issue is I noticed the next day that my vintage tile floor had a large shiny spot in the shape of a spill that was wiped up with a cloth..  This makes that area of the tile  floor a different finish than the rest of the floor.  Apparently employee spilled a chemical and wiped it up but it affected the  surface of the tile to give it a different sheen. 



In any case, I am very pleased with the end product - the tub looks brand new.  I do recommend this company.

We had an old 1950's bathtub that was an aqua color but in good condition. They did a complete refinish in white to match our other new fixtures.
There was one small area near the drain that came loose. They came out and fixed it under warranty. They also fixed a tiny scratch that had been caused by a diamond ring at no cost on the same trip.
Everyone we dealt with was professional and friendly. The warranty work was done promptly after we called.

The provider was wonderful. Ben worked on my tub. He was very professional and very careful with everything that surrounded the tub, as not to cause damage. The owner was great in responding to everything that I needed.

Everything happened exactly as he said it would. There were no surprises.  In and out in less than 2 days and I had a new bathroom. I would do this again in a minute.  It's the easiest and most economical bathroom facelift ever!
