Great! They were quick, very professional, cleaned up after themselves, and there was very little disruption.

Over all it went well. They were personThe floor delivery was delayed. (Not Bill's fault. We didn't purchase the floor through Bill. ) But this did mess up the schedule for both us and Bill. The entire job probably would have taken 4-5 full work days, but ended up being closer to 2 weeks because he had other jobs scheduled and fit us in around them. There was an error in measuring the floor so we almost ran out of flooring and would have if I hadn't ordered and extra box just in case. FYI - the work crew smokes, they didn't smoke in the house but were right outside the door and it did get in the house.

Good job, agreeable quote, on time. Crew was very nice and professional and provided me with decorative accents in the thresholds and around fireplaces and then cleaned up afterwords.
