Dillan knows what to do and then does what they say as planned. They pulled us out of a real jam in our new construction home where the previous driller couldn't produce a satisfactory well in spite of weeks and weeks of trying. We are very pleased with their promptness, professionalism and politeness.?

We have very hard water. When Dillan installed the water softener the owner guaranteed the work and product. When the softener wasn't doing its job I called Dillan Well Drilling Inc. The president of the company came along with the president of the company who makes the product. I was impressed that they were both willing to come out and find a solution. They replaced the the whole water softener system with a new and improved product. They didn't even charge me for the service call. The new system is working great. I recommend their service and would use them again.

Great they really cared that it was done correct and that we would solve the problem of not enough water. Without being asked or trying to charge me more they went through an extra step of the process that caused there equipment and crew to be here an extra half day. Service is great and the Dillans are good people that care to do the job right. The cost was very reasonable and they even offered to let us pay half the next month if needed.

They was half the price of the competitors. They automatically send you out replacements and they will come out and change them for you. They really take care of their customers afterwards. I called them on a Friday and they called me back within 45 minutes.
