Electronic Gadget Repair, TV Repair
The tv worked for 2 days and then died completely. We called Tritech Electronics immediately to tell them about the problem. They wouldn't tell us what they fixed. They wouldn't come pickup the tv to fix it under warranty. Without realizing there would be any problem, we finally tried to return the set to Tritech at OUR convenience two months later. It took awhile because the tv is big and my dad needed to ask others for help to move it. We didn't realize they would not accept the tv after some time, and they did not call to follow up. They would not accept responsibility for the repair, so we are left with a less than useless dead tv with no offer for a refund or warranty on the supposed repair service by Tritech Electronics, Inc.
