Dan McDevitt of Total Home Exteriors did an excellent roofing job on our house and shed.  He communicated well about the work to be done and met the completion date as agreed.  He did a thorough job of explaining what needed to be done and what did not need to be done, provided many high quality samples for us to chose from, and the price was very reasonable.  The crew worked together well, and the clean-up afterwards was fabulous.  Honestly, when they completed the job that day, you would have never known from our ground property the extent of the work.  I found Dan bending down and even checking under our shrubbery to make sure no debris was left behind.  The clean-up was immaculate.  The house roof and shed roof look so nice, and we have not had a leak since the work was done, even with the heavy storms our area has had this summer.
This past spring, I had this company replace all our gutters and downspouts including gutter guards, and also replace our old shutters.  I used this smaller job first to test out the work from this company before contracting the larger roofing job. Hiring a roofer was a task I was very worried about after watching on TV news where people got ripped off or had shoddy work performed.   All the work from Total Home Exteriors was impressive, the price was great, and I will definitely use them for any exterior work I may need in the future.  It was a huge relief to get all this work done and have such confidence in the contractor.  Total Home Exteriors exceeded our expectations on each job performed on our home.  I never imagined I would be joining Angie's List in order to praise a roofing job, but here I am.  The work was that good.
