THD APPLIANCE & REPAIR

I ended up watching youtube video's and fixing it myself,  and it now works just fine.

Called the company, immediate response. Was on a job but would be able to stop by and examine the refrig.
Called before he arrived. Examined refrig. Said I only need a part. He got the part for us and fixed the refrig. right away..
All done with in a few hours. And no emergency charge.

They are Frigidaire authorized dealers. They were excellent and I thought their price was good.

The process went well. I called THD Appliance and reported the problem thatI was having with the dishwasher. He gave me a date and an approximate time of when he could stop by. He called before arrving and was very much on time.

We called THD and they were able to assess the problem with the washer over the phone. They were able to come when we were available and gave a specific time they would arrive(instead of the 4 hour window I've had with other repair companies). THD fixed our washer in one visit, and it took about a 1/2 hour. The serviceman was very knowledgeable and friendly. Worth every penny.

When we discovered our washing machine would not perform the spin cycle (the motor would run but the inner drum would not rotate to get the water out of the clothes), I subsequently found Nicholas' company on Angie's Lit and called his number. Nicholas answered my phone call himself. After hearing my description of the problem, he mentioned a couple things that could be wrong. I like to try to fix things myself, so I offered to bring the washer to his house right then for him to look at it directly, and he said that would be fine. When I got there, Nicholas checked the pulley and identified the problem in the transmission, and he told me it would be prohibitively expensive to replace (part and labor). I'm not sure he was going to charge me anything, so I gave him $20 for his time. I feel Nicholas is a good and honest man who wants to treat his customers fairly and not rip them off.

Absolutely perfect. He was here within an hour of me calling him. He came with all the things he needed to do the job. He asked me questions. He was great and explained to me about how things worked. he was very nice, prompt, and wonderful. He was so reasonable I paid him more.

Water kept coming out under the right side of the refrigerator. After contacting at least four contractors listed by Angie's List and a department store for emergency repair (all of them could not come on the same day! Blah!), I was fortunate to get the firm come within an hour of my request (which I didn't expect that prompt!). Analytical questions were asked first before it was set up. (e.g. freon or water leaking). Nicholas Watson, a very nice and professional gentleman kept working at the source of the leak. It turned out to be ice clogging the drain behind the ice maker. He had to return the next day with a new part, although it was approximately 15 miles each way between his office and my home. The job was done to my great relief. I wish they would sell appliances so I could purchase maintenance contracts from this firm. I would hire them again for any appliance repair!

The owner Nicholas was professional, very clean and courteous. I would recommend him to anyone and I am going to have him back to fix my dishwasher. The price was extremely reasonable.

Early Saturday morning, my wife and I were both headed out for business trips. I opened the fridge for a glass of juice and noticed it was 60F inside and not cooling. I found THD on Angie's List and called them. We were able to leave a key out for them. They came over that morning, called us to explain the problem (low coolant), fixed the problem, invoiced us, cleaned up, locked up, and left. We were SO pleased with their prompt, professional emergency service. THD was great! They only charged $55 for the service call and $195 to inspect and recharge the system. It's pretty hard to service a sub zero for less than that!!!

The project was finished quickly, and the repair has held up without further problems.

Very Positive. Nicholas was willing to take the time to educate me on how to operate a stove that I had almost given up using. He showed me it could be done. He also discussed the merits of replacing the unit with a new or used stove.
