Sal Oddo is such a professional!  He clearly explains the details of what needs to be done.  He was able to start my work quickly in between another job in my neighborhood.  I was so pleased with his quality and expertise,  I will definitely call Sal again.

O/K builders arrived on the promised date.   They moved all furniture out of way and covered furniture pieces to ensure they remained clean.   They were professional and cleaned up each day.   The work was excellent and they also fixed numerous small issues within the house at no charge.   The owner followed up giving me status reports and to ensure my expectations were met.   Great company and excellent customer service.   Would definitely use them again.

Three months of installers arriving at 7:00 am makes for a very intimate relationship. I got to know the crew very well and they made every effort to keep the mess to a minimum. That is hard to do with saw dust flying everywhere. They even painted the cieling for me so I would not have to for I was suffering from a frozen shoulder at the time. I am very pleased with the result.

I thought they gave us a good price for the work that was done, it was one of the lower prices of the estimates that we got. I liked the man that came out to meet with us. He talked about what we could do to keep it in our budget, we liked the way he presented our whole proposal. It turned out great. They came in and did their work. They were extremely thoughtful and professional because I was here everyday when they were doing their work and they were courteous. I never had any incident at all, they finished their work efficiently. There were no long delays. All in all we have 0 complaints and its holding up great. We recommend him a lot.

All of our experiences were positive overall. Sal Oddo is responsive, returns phone calls, does work in a timely way, and has a good eye for design. (The basement project involved an office, and the layout that Sal came up with was functional, attractive, and creative.) We've done several pretty large projects with OK, and we never had any significant bad experiences. The quality of the work is really good. The office staff (Andrea) is great. The work was done on schedule.
