They were extremely professional. From the beginning to the end they were conscientious of everything around the yard. When they were finished you never knew they were here except for the new roof and sealent.

I had to call them and remind them that the coating needed to be done 4 years later even though they had said they would be in touch with me. I called back last year and they came and put on the coating and I paid for it. This past September, there was a leak in the roof and they came and fixed it. I filed a claim to repair the ceiling. I tried to get in touch with O’Bannon Roofing to come back and fix it. The insurance company found 3 problems. O’Bannon is refusing to address the problems at all and won’t return my calls.

New roof ... after a month it leaked around the skylight into the walls and below to LR and DR ceiling. a lot. I called. I called again. I called a third time. NO RESPONSE. I called a fourth time in great anger and left a scathing message to fix the blasted roof as it was ruining my paint inside the house. They came out, "found no problems." Fast-forward to now, a few months later. THE ROOF LEAKS. Do NOT use this 'family.' Ever.

THE O'BANNONS CALLED ME BACK THE DAY I CALLED THEM AND THEY SHOWED UP WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THEY DID A GREAT JOB.
