KAESER ELECTRIC INC

We used Kaeser Electric in the past and provided them with a glowing report on Angie's List. However, this time we called them twice to make an appointment and when the said they would come out on Saturday between 9 and 11 they never showed up nor did they call. I called them after 12 and I'm still waiting for a return call. We find this behavior quite unacceptable and will no longer be using their services. We are very very disappointed in this company.

We have used Kaser for 13 years- we are having our kitchen re-modeled and they are doing the electric- they were able to fit the work into their schedule since we were at the mercy of the cabinet maker and installer- they fit their schedule and took the initiative to coordinate the work with the cabinet commpany.

The estimator was professional and gave me good information on the way he would do each of the three jobs I would eventually need to have done. Several weeks ago, in late September, I had finally recovered enough financially from other dumb house expenses to begin the electrical work. I called Kaesar and asked them to begin one of the jobs they estimated, plus another small job that had come up in the meantime. I am still waiting for them to call me back. I realize the estimate needs to be updated, but I don't understand why a supposedly professional company can't call to say: we're too busy, the job's too small, the estimate is now $500 more, or whatever.

Kaeser was exceptional. I like that they did not have drill any holes in the house as they were able to hide the wires under the siding. Their estimate was the lowest out of the other estimates that I had received.

Came to our home to evaluate changing fuse box to circuit breaker; met with prospective buyers of home who had concerns regarding old wiring. Subsequently refused to provide estimate saying they ''didn't want to be involved''.

VERY PROFESSIONAL, WELL DONE. ELECTRICIANS WERE PROMPT AND EVEN REMOVED OUR OLD OUTDOOR LAMPPOST FOR NO EXTRA CHARGE, EVEN WHEN IT WASN'T IN THE CONTRACT.
