All communication was prompt and courteous. He was kind to my neighbor, who experienced a break-in the day before.
The work was completed as I requested, and he did a great job with some wood fill issues from a prior contractor's work. The fresh trim job makes my house look great. He used low-VOC paint, accepted my cat roaming around and helped me put the furniture back when the work was finished.
