He came the same day. he arrived when he said he would. Did the work quickly. Cleaned up after himself. We have used him before and had the same results

Mike is a very personal and friendly person. His shop is very close to my home which is why I chose it for my repair services. Also note that this is the 2nd time I have used Mike's services. My first repair was for 2 KitchenAid appliances that he indicated upfront might not be able to be repaire due to parts no longer available. I instructed him to proceed, if possible. After a couple of follow-up calls from Mike to me, Mike informed me that he was continuing to see if the parts could be obtained either from other sources and to allow him more to time to see if that might come to fruition. Unfortunately, he was not able to obtain the parts for either appliance. As for the steam cleaner repair, the information I typed in the repairs performed is the same.

My KA stand mixer stopped working and I was heartbroken. I found Guzman listed as a KA authorized repair shop. I brought the mixer in and Mike called me the next day with an estimate (under $100) and a promise it would be fixed in a day. It was! I'm thrilled! I highly recommend......A+++
