"Dear (removed member name), We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with our repair that was done on your home 10 years ago on June 8 2005. If there was a problem with the repair that we did, we are always happy to return to your home and correct any issues, The repair that was done was a $ 300 small flat metal roof repair. The repair consisted of Clearing and removing debris from the rear gutter, wire brushing any loose paint, sealing the seams as needed and painted the entire roof section with rustoleum outdoor metal paint - red in color. We also left you with a Roof Certification that included a 1 year warranty - that would certainly have covered any issues that that may have come up - even after the one year. Even ten years after we completed your repair, we would have been happy to come out and take a look at it if there was a problem. However, we never heard anything from you over these past 10 years. We are always more than happy to return if there is ever any problems with ANY job that we do. Our customer satisfaction is our #1 priority."

Domar came out, gave me an estimate, answered all my questions completely and communicated via email (which was helpful). I ended up contracting with them and about 4 weeks later they came and replaced the roof. FYI - that timeline was fine. The quality is just outstanding. Rubber roofs aren't the most attractive, but I love looking at this roof. It is obvious that these guys really know what they are doing.
They were prompt and so clean if they didn't tell me they had come, I would have never known :).
You will not regret using this company!

This morning, Don and 2 workers arrived and worked throughout the day. They were very professional and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. When the job was completed, Don showed me photographs of the finished roof, which looks great! He also removed the shingle hips that were improperly installed and installed new ones the correct way. I am very happy with the process from beginning to end. Prompt service, great price, professional. I definitely recommend Domar.
