Frankly speaking, we disagree strongly with his original assessment. We had another plumber from another company come out between the two visits to assess the situation as we felt he never fully fixed the original problem. He agreed that the full problem was never fully fixed and in his words, "Jordan's was just out here and should come to resolve the issue without expectant payment - if he does, I wouldn't use him again." We felt Jordan's spent little time to obtain a significant history of the problem thus inadequately addressing the problem in the first place. He disregarded our displeasure of his customer service, diagnostic approach, time spent, and double billing for what we feel should have been fully assessed during his first visit. Of course, at this point, it's his word versus ours so we paid the bill, but we want others to avoid the situation entirely if they can.

He came over and plunged it and charged me $300. He said it was all fine, but yet I have to plunge it everyday myself. He appeared to be doing the bare minimum, lazy in my book. I would not recommend him.

The job itself appeared to have gone well, however, damage was done to my mobile home skirting in 8 places. I have photos of the damage. This could have been avoided with a little more care. The damage was totally unacceptable and avoidable. The cost for the three hour service was $70 per hour, $140 per hour for two people. So please take the above into account when you need service done. Call around and have a "back up" plan for next winter when you may experience frozen sewer pipes. In particular, if you do not have the support of a husband. I had to decide in an emergency setting when my home was flooding with water, however, I will do my homework before next winter.
