They did a great job. He brought his own water, this amazed me. I definitely will use him again.

e they get their money.The owner Eric came out and did the estimate and told me how the work would be done. Another guy did the work and it was not what Eric and I had agreed upon. The staining job was armature at best you can see stain runs and very uneven coating. The railing that was built is very poorly done and is missing specific items i went over with Eric. Also a reinforcing support for a privacy wall was to be replaced and it wasn't. They left work related trash at the work site and even got stain on the river stone around the edges below the deck so they didn't use any drop cloth to protect other structures. Tried to contact Eric but the receptionist is married to the guy who did the work so i can never speak with Eric. Either way I asked several times by phone and email for it to be looked at and they said they would but never did. For the cost of the project on a small 11 x 10 deck it should have been professionally done. DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR ANYONE TO USE THESE GUYS. Poor job and no follow up once they have their money.

I received a phone call the next business day informing me the company would not be able to do the job. When I asked for a reason I was told my location was to far away and the company would lose money on the job. Normally, I would not have a problem with this answer. However, the company is advertising in our local paper with a discount coupon. I can't comment on the quality of company's work it very well may be excellent. My problem is "DON'T ADVERTISE IN THE LOCAL PAPER IF YOUR NOT WILLING TO WORK IN THIS AREA. This is a warning to the people in Luzerne county Pa. call another company and don't waste your time on this company.
