ALPINE ANIMAL CLINIC

I have only been using Alpine for several months. The veterinarians are amazing!! No complaints. Most of the staff are well trained but there are some staff members who are not very knowledgable. Be forewarned. I will continue to go because I love the veterinarians, but the wait time can be long and it is not easy to talk to the vet over the phone. Sometimes the staff will try to answer questions, but they are not always most reliable !

They have taken care of my new puppy and my older dog. I have always been able to appointments quickly, staff is friendly and vets have answered all my questions.
On this occasion I dropped of my dog in the morning. They texted me a photo after her procedure with an update and then texted and called when she was ready to be picked up.
We have been very happy with the care our animals have received here.

vet care there for many years excellent but at this time i had a very sick care and the cat couldn't be admitted. for my needs i needed a vet hosp with more veterinarians and more abaility to admit. i felt like they were great but overwhelmed. i since went to a larger animal hospital, unfortunately the same cat never got over the problem she had at that time and was just euthanized at my request. none of this is anyone's faulty, possibly just a chronic abnormality and something all the vets were having problems with the specific cat. the care was good otherwise but at my age and health i need a vet that has emergency services closer. she could have died by the time they could see her if she had a significant blockage and i was unable to take her as far as i would have had to go for theemergency vet. but other than this incident and period of time where vets seemed lacking, i had great care for years. i would reccomend them to anyone who has no problem with a small veterinary practice who has no problem going elsewhere for emergencies and possible admissions over the weekend
