Contractor did not complete the job according to agreement. He was supposed to drop and cut up a 100ft plus tree and I was to remove the cut pieces myself. He did not cut the tree up and left it laying on my neighbors property. When we brought it to his attention he denied this and refused to come and inspect the situation. I was a customer of his for over 10 years and thought he would handle this better. He was also rude and insulting and hung up on me.

They arrived on time, got to work immediately, and took timely breaks. Worked hard and made sure that the property looked as clean as they found it. Would highly recommend Jim Battle tree service. My phone call was promptly returned asking for an estimate, and the work was done on time, with the exact price quoted for the job.

Excellent. We had a tree behind the fence on our property that was leaning as a result of Hurricane Sandy, ready to fall over onto our fence into our yard. We called Jim and he was there within 48 hours to cut it down which prevented damage to our fence. Workers are polite, efficient and overall this co. is wonderful to do business with.
