He visits farms and has regular pet office hours. He is wonderful – both the vets are very caring and the staff is great too. My cat goes in every 3-4 weeks for a manicure/pedicure and they know her by name. I think they know every pet by name. The vet and staff alleviates the pets' fears, which puts the owners at ease. I like that. My cat is very shy and she likes them. The vet also doesn't press additional services on us. I love Dr. Friel.

We find them great, they're available, when they aren't they have someone to cover and when they are, if you have a problem you can get right in. They are very nice with the animals. I have found them interact with the animal is great, they are kind, they love the animals or I guess they won't be doing what they do if they didn't but they do love the animals. I've been going to them since 1983. They're very punctual there. We actually have 2 vets.
