Their price is too much. They sucker you in with a low price and then they raise the price. I am going to get rid of them pretty soon. The price is ridiculous; they don't have to charge that much.

Always helped and problems always solved. Very few providers give extensive assistance like Comcast. That is why I am very unlikely to switch. Help with many varied problems with internet and cable TV.

I interact with them once in every couple of months or three months. The biggest problem I've had is that they have a contract with our local government and they actually scrabbled the front area so they can't bring in another provider. There is no competition when it comes to price. They are the only cable provider in the area so we are kind of screwed when it comes to the price. If we are trying to move across United States our area has lost out from using another broadband service because Comcast has a contract with our local government. In terms of price I pay about $8 a month for my cable internet but I know there is more competition in the area where I could get a better price. It's a very big company so it's very general. I really don't have any issues with their service but I know a lot of people have a lot of issues with it. When I schedule appointments they get there on time but it takes a day or two for them to come out to the house. They do well with the way they run the business.

I called to have cable re-installed at my residence. I had cancelled it about a year ago because of the cost and availability of things like netflix. I decided to have it turned back on so I can watch hockey games, and it is the only cable service in Hazleton that carries comcast on their regular tier programming and doesn't have a service agreement. The phone reps are alright, the service guy was nice. The only other options in Hazleton are satellite services that charge you for big sports packages and early termination fees. I wish there were other options, but there isn't.

I haven't had any complaints so far. We also got a very good promotional package when we availed the service.

We don't like them at all. We've had Comcast for many, many, years. We have no choice because it's the only one in our area. Number one: their prices keep going up. It's just outrageous. Number tow: sometimes when we are watching a show, the digital signal goes haywire. It's very annoying. And at different times it goes out completely. They are very annoying. If we had a choice, we'd get a different choice.

They are the only ones besides Dish or Directv to use in this area. We had a problem getting channels once and a guy came out and said he would have to rewire the whole house. and he didn't have any wire on his truck. So I called Comcast and they were very apologetic and accommodating and sent someone else right out and they got it all done and now it all works fine.
