Over the course of the design period we had at two designers. The first designer left for maternity leave and the second designer took over using the existing design and continuing with the process. Overall, the design process went as expected. The cabinetry was delivered during the summer of 2015. The initial set of cabinetry had several issues, first (in some parts of the design) they were not built as specified, second, they used two different shades of white (on the cabinets that were supposed to be white), Lastly, There were some panels that appeared to have laminate (although there was never supposed to be laminate) that was (and still is) peeling up. The installation was a mess! There were seams that did not fit, peeling wood, doors that did not close properly, and screw holes showing everywhere. In short their installation team did a poor job on all phases.
When we contacted the owner, he agreed to come out a fix was was wrong, but, in fact, everything did not get fixed and he refuses to do come out and complete the job. At one point, we asked Rojahn to create bathroom vanities for us using the store bought (Restoration Hardware) vanities as a guide. When the resulting vanities were delivered, they were not the correct size even though Rojahn had examples to go by.
Rojahn has a general lack of craftsmanship and no interest in making sure the customer is happy with the final product. I would not recommend this company to anyone!
