We were given a good price and I know why. A three day job turned into 10 days. There several days I came home and did not see any work done. I hope we had quality work on our bathroom. Time will tell.

"I am sorry that after 8 months you are not satisfied with the work that was perform for a very fair, not cheap price. There were delays in the time schedule due to the additional work that you submitted via a change of work order. The actual contract was for $2000.00, a very fair price. The turn around from start to finish was actually 8 days with the additional work at a price of $150.00. My work is guaranteed. You did sign off on the work and at that time should have expressed any concerns.. Once again I am sorry for your dissatisfaction."

Lonnie quoted me a price, showed up on time and completed the task quickly and politely. My wife and I are also considering some work in our upstairs living area (ie adding an extra bathroom and closet area). Lonnie explained his contractors credentials and was quite courteous taking a look at this future project and giving us some ideas. When we do proceed, he will be the first one we call.
