+ 0 moreMaking the initial contact and scheduling was a problem that delayed the service call 2 -1/2 weeks but the final result was excellent.
Description of Work: Don fixed the drain problem with my two year old LG clothes washer. I thought it was a defective drain pump but Don found a small finish nail that had become wedged in the pump and was preventing it from rotating. He charged me only for the service call since no parts were replaced. He also checked my nine year old Samsung TV that has a power-up problem. He determined it was a display board problem instead of a capacitor problem that a Samsung phone rep had indicated. Unfortunately, when Don checked with Samsung, the board is no longer available so he was not able to fix it.
