The experience was good. A couple of years ago I spent $2,000 to get it and one of the keys just popped off. They couldn't replace the key itself because it was damaged beyond repair but they found a replacement keyboard. It had been with my son and had been on two missions to Afghanistan. They were very timely and they did it all within a week. They have reputable people to deal with via the internet to get their parts supplied. Everything matched up and worked afterwards. They did what they said they were going to do. They had it returned within a week. I don't know what the prices are for replacing a keyboard but it seemed reasonable to me.
