DR Devinne is a god send to our family. We have two pets that require a lot of care. Our Ki has allergies to life, and DR Devinne worked tirelessly with us trying to found out what is wrong with our baby. She not only figured it out, but it always a phone call away if things get worse for our KI. Next up is Joseph Levi the cat she helped us rescue a cat off the street that was hurt, Now we have a great family pet and wonderful vet by our side. I highly recommend this office and DR Devinne Bennett.

The vet was professional but we did not agree on treatments. Although I provided copies of X-rays taken previously of teeth, the vet failed to examine them before examining my dog and thought his teeth were in good condition. They are not in good condition and this could be seen had the vet checked the X-rays I provided.
I was told when I called to set up an appointment that the vet does the dental, not a vet tech. This was false information. I'm thankful I found out right away and the vet was at least honest with me about that however; after our initial visit, I made it perfectly clear we wasted not only her time but my time and money.
I wasn't searching for state of the art equipment nor was I searching for a brand new facility. Good vets can work in older buildings. This was an older building and that was okay except it was dirty. The scale was filthy from feces left by another animal. Germs and diseases are transmitted from that waste!!! I would not consider going there again regardless of any given situation.

I had to put my Great Dane to sleep; she had some sort of tumor. I called; they took us right in and explained everything to my son. They treated the dog like it was one of their own and treated me extremely well. They had the kindest hands when it came to my dog. I could not ask for anything better; it was the best veterinary experience I ever had at probably the worst time. Dr. Brooks who is part of the Back Mountain Veterinary Hospital is just fabulous. She is kind, professional and bright.

We could not be happier. The staff was great with our dog. She loved the visit and didn't mind the poking, The had ample cookies and attention for her. She was comforted and relaxed by them. The doctor B Phillips was fantastic. He examined her and spoke with us very frankly about her condition. He fully explained everything right down to her ailment and treatment. He did not make us feel like BAD dog parents. Even made us feel secure in caring for her. He did not talk down to us and made us feel confident in her treatment. We cannot say enough about Dr Phillips or his staff. And even worked with us regarding the payment. Also, what he charges is not outrageous either. As a matter of fact the costs are very moderate to low compared to others Veterinarians we have been to. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Phillips and the Back Mountain Veterinary Hospital.
