On 10/16/13 we requested the service of Bloom Electric to determine why we lost power to the upstairs portion of the house. I stated to the technician that I turned on the lights in one of the bedrooms. Upon doing so, that is when we lost power. The light switch appeared to be faulty, as it has loose. The technician did not replace the light switch, instead preceded to run a wire down through the attic, through the upstairs bathroom, through the first floor, and into the basement. I still have no glue as to what this wire is doing or if it's safe. The technician indicated that we needed new wiring throughout the upstairs portion of the house. I decided to contact another electrician the following day to replace the light switch that the other electrician did not and to determine if the light switch was truly the issue. The second electrician replaced the light switch and power was restored to the upstairs of our home. Bloom Electric has since sent me a statement for payment for $245.00 with little to no work description to justify the cost. I have attempted to contact Bloom electric on numerous occasions (11/12,11/19, 12/04) with no success. Each time I call, I am given the response of "The service technician will have to return your call." Again, each time I have not received a return call.

My experience with them was good as they were really great.  They were able to find the problem and repaired it.  It was a small job but they called right away and came out the same day to take care of it.  Their pricing was around the same as what others charge.

They replaced some florescent lights for us. We have used them a few times before. They did a great job.
