Great--Chris was done in less than an hour, had our computer up and running again.
This is the fourth time we've had Chris here for various computer issues over the last three years. He's always prompt, REALLY knows his field, no matter what the problem (problems upgrading critical software, broken DVD drive, and critical virus). He's exceedingly professional, and also very personable. We've been extremely impressed by his expertise.

Chris was very thorough and highly professional. Pricing was very reasonable.
My only minor issue was responsiveness. It took two calls to reach him, and he arrived about an hour later than expected. Both were explained by previous appointments taking longer than expected. In his business this is quite understandable, which is why I view this as a minor issue.

I checked Angie's List, where I found Computers Pgh. When I called, Chris was in his car not ten minutes away. He came right over and evaluated the computer. Unable to fix it on site, he took it to his shop. There he removed the viruses and malware and restored it to good condition. He returned the computer on Monday as promised. There was no estimate because the work is done by the hour, but I did receive the 10% discount given to Angie's List Members. It went smoothly; Chris was easy to work with; and I am totally satisfied with the entire transaction.

Chris was punctual and extremely professional. I originally called because my newest laptop wouldn't start up, but when he got here, that laptop started right up with no problems 8-(. Chris suggested some reasons it might have happened. So, not to waste his service call, I had him clean up an older, slower laptop and copy files to an external hard drive. He explained everything he was doing and gave me tips on maintaining my computers. Very professional.

He was a very nice young man. I would have him back, any time. He gave me a coupon to use. He was extremely prompt about returning calls. I left a message on a Sunday, thinking he would call me first thing on Monday, but he called me back about an hour later. I thought that was pretty good. The overall experience was excellent.

They were absolutely excellent. They figured out exactly what I had done incorrectly, and were able to get me back online. I was very pleased with them. They were on time, very efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly.

I'm very much satisfied with his service. I think his prices are fair. The help that he provides is excellent, and the technician was willing to do what was needed. He also was willing to type things up for me, like directions, that I could follow when he leaves, so I can continue doing the things that he showed me. He's very prompt and sometimes he helps me right over the phone. It's evident that he enjoys what he does.
