Customer service was very good except we have had one problem with the fence that still needs to be fixed. One section keeps popping out of the post. They were very reasonable and they have been responsive to the problem, it just isn't fixed yet

This company does not fix and repair. None of the company that they sent out don't repair. Home Advisor and Angi need to change their policies because the dont fix and repair. They only want to replace all fencing instead of fixing.

I appreciate Philz Landscaping coming out on short notice. Phil came out to see what was being requested. After that, it took some motivation to keep the project going with a few calls/texts but the workers did show up in time. I was able to pay over the phone and received an email receipt. The work quality was satisfactory. It was not exactly what I had in mind, but it is very good and serves the purpose for this yard.

While the concrete patio seems to be quality work, the care of our home was poor, as was the lack of leadership on the job site. On the day of the work, in the few short minutes Phil was at our house, my husband had a conversation regarding the covering of our front door, asking did we need to cover it with a tarp or something. Phil replied *no, we will take care of that*. Well, that never happened. We have spent hours scraping concrete off our front storm and the inside door, window frames, screens, stucco, you name it, it is covered in splashes of dried concrete. And we still have more work to do. I also discovered a dent in our windowsill that was not there before. While we anticipated some clean up on our end, we certainly expected more care from Philz and the team.

`THEY DID A GREAT JOB BEST MONEY I SPENT TO IMPROVE MY YARD I WILL GET YEARS AND YEARS FROM THE EP HENRY PAVERS AS SOON AS I CAN I'M GOING TO EXPAND THE 21 FT X 5.5 FT AREA I HAD DONE. THEY ALSO TOOK AWAY ALL THE TRASH AND OLD BROKEN PAVERS.

Philz landscaping has been extremely responsive and prompt in resolving an issue I had with a driveway, repairs were needed to pass the township certificate compliance requirements for settlement on the sale of my property. I really appreciated their prompt action, just in time. Thank you !!

The work was great and they worked through the rain to try to get it done in a considerable mount of time. But he’s a little pricey. I want some landscaping work done, but again a little pricey. But great service !

They started out great. Phil came out on time, gave us an estimate on the spot, and scheduled our fence installation as soon as we had the permit. The crew showed up on a rainy day and worked hard all day to install the fence. Most of it looked great. Unfortunately, the last thing they installed were the gates (double gate near the driveway and single gate near the walk). The double gate warped and does not line up. The bottom of the one section sticks out and the top does not line up, making the latch difficult to close. It looks terrible. The single gate is set on an angle and is constructed poorly (spacing not consistent, splinters/edges not sanded at all). The gate never latches when shut. When you spend over $5000 to fence in your yard to keep your dog in, you 1) expect the gates to latch and 2) the appearance to be good. After several follow up messages/calls from me, Phil came out and agreed the gates should be replaced. He said it would be done after the July 4th Holiday. It has been 6 weeks and, despite multiple promises, no one has been out to do the work. Had the gates been done properly in the first place or if they had followed through on the repair, the fence would be great. But a fence with bad gates is not acceptable.

I had a vinyl fence replaced. The work crew were the hardest workers I have ever seen. Many could learn a lot from their work ethic. Amanda kept us informed of project timeline and returned calls and emails in a timely manner. Phil did a great job explaining our options and what to expect on install day. He gives you his cell number but he is super busy so could use an assistant to answer texts and phone calls/messages to keep customers posted. Overall we are pleased with the finished product. If you are looking for hard workers, hire Philz Landscaping.
