The job has been done in one day and perfectly. The lights have been installed without  extra ceiling cutting and repairs. I will let Chris help me to do the other home improvement jobs in the future.

We were installing new floors and discovered damaged sub-flooring by the patio doors. Others suggested to replace the entire door, and then Chris came by for an estimate and explained how he just needed to replace the floor by cutting the nails for the door and replacing them. He saved us a lot of money and did a great job. Reasonable costs, friendly. Will call him again for things that come up in the future.

Chris was referred to me by a friend who gave him a glowing review, and he definitely delivered great work for us too. I purchased the wood myself from another retailer and hired Chris to install it about a week in advance. He arrived slightly late on the day of installation which was a Sunday, but was very apologetic the moment he walked through the door without me mentioning it, and he was only about 25 minutes late. He drove a big truck with a canopy which contained some of his tools, but also towed a trailer which contained even more tools, big and small. With as many tools as he carried with him he was definitely prepared for just about any job. They were also not cheap; all the tools I saw him use were very expensive quality stuff, most of which I can't even afford. He promised to do his best to complete the job by end of day, and he amazingly delivered even though he was doing the work by himself. As soon as he arrived he started setting up what I can best describe as a mobile workshop in my patio. He got to work right away as soon as he got setup, and worked like he was on a mission for 12 straight hours with less than 30 minutes of break time which he used to scarf down the pizza I got for lunch, and had to ask him to eat because he always brings his lunch and drinks to his jobs. After about 9-10 hours of work, I could tell he was getting tired, but he was still totally committed to trying to finish. In the end, he had to stop but only because I ran out of wood, not because he was quitting. But, the job was pretty much complete. I was only short about 15 sq ft, and it was only that little because Chris was very efficient with the material and had very little waste. I mistakenly ordered only 420 sq ft to cover about 435 sq ft of floor, and at the end, that was almost exactly what I was short by. My corners and doorways looked great and I was very satisfied with his work. He may not be an artist with some of those areas, but given the amount of time he had (per my request) I was extremely impressed! If I got on my knees and bent down to look at some of the cuts for doorways and closets, I can see a FEW very slight imperfections. But again, it takes some pretty heavy inspection to find them. Initially, Chris said he'd charge me only $600 for the install, but by the time he was finished I felt like I'd be ripping him off if I paid him only that much especially because the other installers I talked to were charging double or even triple that amount. So I gave him $700 and 2 weeks later I still feel like I got a great service and great floor! He came back the following Sunday, which was the next time I was available, to complete the floor after I got the additional wood. I also needed some standard primed quarter round and he actually picked it up from Lowe's himself without me reminding him and didn't charge me anything more than its cost. He's also more than capable of doing almost any type of work I need done in my new home, and I've used him for several other miscellaneous things since then. Lastly, he's actually a real nice and honest guy too. No attitude, smart comments, bad moods, or complaining at all! He's just an all-around nice guy who's very personable. Chris is now my first contact for anything I need done in my condo! I'm not a tough customer normally, but I definitely expect no less than 100% value for the money I spend on anyone who does work for me. Chris Wolset gives me a 110%, and I'd have no problem or reservation at all in recommending him to my friends and family.
