The technician arrived on a Friday at 3:45 pm with his flashlight and a voltmeter. I had the stove pulled out away from the wall and the panels removed. I then proceeded to explain that the dual burner ring inside the glass top was not functioning. He checked to see if their was power coming out from the wall outlet. (Which we know is working because the other burners work) He then looked inside with the flashlight and proceeds to tell me that the "CIRCUIT BOARD" needs replaced. He will go to the shop and they will tell me how much one will cost at a later time. He then ask for some water and a place he "CAN HANG OUT" until at least 4:20pm because, he explains "IF I GO BACK TO THE SHOP TO EARLY THEY WILL JUST SEND ME OUT ON ANOTHER JOB" MY family used this business for years without instance I bought my appliances there I WILL NO LONGER they sent me a bill for 89.00 for the service call. I paid it after letting them wait for 3 months.
