I just want everyone to know that this is not the same Pritchard Heating and Cooling that has been providing quality?service for many years. ?Their entire philosophy of service changed with a new ownership. ?The Crain Family is no longer associated with Pritchard and has started a new business, Crain Heating and Cooling, in Livonia, MI. ?

I had no heat. After unsuccessfully contacting two other heating "experts" I was unable to find anyone to fix my problem. While surfing the net I found Servicemagic. com ( which I also recommend ) and found Pritchard Plumbing. Mr. Pritchard called me within the hour,listened to my problem. We made an appointment fotr the next day. He was right on time. He spent the morning inspecting and cleaning my boiler. He even cleaned the flue pipe. After reassembling the boiler it worked as good as new. It didn't need any parts, only the through cleaning. He even cleaned up after himself. The heat is now restored.
