He:
1) arrived when he said he would,
2) finished when he projected he would,
3) provided me with a detailed, itemized estimate and did not deviate from the estimate,
4) did a very good job rebuilding the roof on my porch,
5) cleaned up when he was finished,
6) told me if anything went wrong, just let him know and he would fix it.

I happily refer to him as St. Joseph’s carpenter, as I am a Sister of St. Joseph and he is doing such great work.  With all of his work, he has gladly rebuilt anything that was not up to standard.   He has the two most essential qualities that anyone would need to be an excellent master of all trades: he has the expertise that comes from forty five years of experience, and he has impeccable honesty.  He charges fair and reasonable prices, uses quality materials, is true to his word, and shows up or calls exactly when he says he will. He can economize to the customer’s benefit.  As an added extra, he is affable in manner and a pleasure to work with.  He has given great advice for my projects and has an artistic eye for design and details.  The only fault he has is leaving Baton Rouge for Florida so that I can no longer rely on him for all my needs.  He absolutely has my highest recommendation.

He arrived exactly on time at 8:30 am. He had all of the tools and materials ready to do the job.He was very professional while performing the work, then cleaned up any mess afterwards. He even gave me the leftover wood and paint that was used to do this job. He said that since I paid for it, I should have the option to keep it, so I did.
I would highly recommend Eric to anyone needing work done around the house. He said he also does commercial work as well. My wife is a District Manager for a fast-food chain and she is going to let him do some maintenance work for her company. I am definitely going to use him again!
