Kitchen Galleria built, finished and installed exceptional kitchen cabinets for our kitchen remodel. We could not have been more pleased with the cabinets. They truly are beautiful, furniture quality cabinets. Joe and the entire staff were easy to work with and patient with the decision making process.They were always punctual and cleaned up after the work was completed each day. We have highly recommended Kitchen Galleria to our family and friends.

We had an excellent experience with KGI, Inc., which was such a relief because gutting and remodeling a kitchen is such an involved process and significant investment. What stood out about KGI compared to other contractors we'd worked with in the past - in addition to their excellent craftmanship - is that they treated our job as a priority - on the job every day possible until it was completed. On the business side, Joseph was great to work with - always returned calls promptly, communicated any issues clearly, and readily took responsibility for making sure the minor issues that cropped up (which are inevitable on any job) were taken care of without hassle. On the technical side, Ed, Jimmy, and Mitch were great - nice guys who were easy to have in the house and who did excellent work. They made sure to keep me involved - knowing that I wanted to be - listened to my goals and input, and had out-of-the-box solutions when needed. The cabinets themselves (painted finish and a mix of inset and overlay) were gorgeous and well-built. KGI also built a kitchen table for us, meeting a really tight deadline, and it is beautiful as well. We would recommend them without hesitation. In terms of price, they were just very slightly higher than our next-highest bid. However, with KGI we got locally built custom cabinets and top-notch, one-stop service, and in the end felt it was completely fair and totally worth it. We would recommend them without hesitation.

The job was started July 9, 2013 and finally completed today, September 5, 2013.  In all fairness, there was one week when they could not be here because I had company.  The workers were here on time and were very personable. However, they used my dresser for a work and tool bench and left marks (dents)  and stains on it.
The decorative tiles behind the sink are not level and that is very easy to see.  After three tries, the shower door was finally installed. They came back to adjust it because it leaked on each side. 
They charged me $200 for an electric fixture above the sink.  I provided the fixture and they would not return the $200.  They wrote me a check for $50, the cost of the fixture.  I felt they should have returned the $200 but they did not.
Sept 5, they delivered the toilet seat which was shown on their cost sheet.

It's an absolutely different space now.  We love it.  It is exactly what we wanted.
John Rice did a great job "seeing" the design exactly as we described it. He created the design after a visit with us, and then worked with us on changes until we were completely happy.  His drawings and suggestions really allowed us to see our ideas come to life.
The work was ontime, and the quality was very good. Ed, Mitch and Jim (the installers), were very professional. They treated our home with respect, and I'd say, for a job of this size, they made the interuption very manageable. At the end of every work day, they completely cleaned up the whole area, minimizing the chances of dust or dirt going into other areas of the house. (don't belive the horror stories people tell you about the mess for a job this size, there was some extra dusting to do, but it was not that bad).
Joe's entire team made this a great experience. Sure, people will say they are expensive, but in this world, you get what you pay for. Joe and his team handled mostly everything. We didn't have to drive all over picking things out, worrying if things would "fit" together, etc.  The cabinetry is high quality,  the fit and finish is fantatstic,  and it was all custom made for our home.  They get an A+.
We would definitely use Kitchen Galleria in the future.  Thanks Guys.

I found Joe and John extremely responsive and easy to work with.  We used email, telephone and several in person visits.  For a job of this magnitude, everything went extremely smoothly. The owner and designer were very upfront, honest and very easy to work with. The install crew did a fabulous job and tried to make the job as painless as possible for our family.  Very hardworking, trustworthy staff all around.  Have already recommended them and will continue to do so.

Kitchen Galleria did a fantastic job on our bathroom.  The workmanship and quality of materials were of the highest degree.  The remodel took a little longer than planned, but it was well worth it.  This company does their own cabinet making and they do a wonderful job.  I would highly recommend them for any kitchen or bath.

We spent around $50000 to $60000.  Price is always too much.  I'm sure we did spend a lot.  We would use them again in the future.

The job went quite well; we were pleased. They were very professional and good at their craft. They did a great job.

It was excellent. They were timely. The price was right. They had quality work.
