I was car shopping in the dead of winter with about a foot of snow on the ground.  Not only did they shovel off all of the vehicles I wanted to check out, but they also had to jump start them because they had been sitting in the below zero weather without being started for days.  It took me forever to make my decision - taking me a few days to make up my mind.  Every time I called and asked questions I thought they'd send me on my way since I was taking up so much of their time, but they never did.  When I finally made my decision I told them I needed a warranty without the extra cost.  They gave me a 2-year warranty.  I couldn't have been more pleased with their service and pleasant attitude in the used car sales world.  No one pressured me or made me feel like I was taking too long.  I would definitely go back to car shop there again when I'm in the market.
