Quick and easy.

He was terrific, he was absolutely terrific. He came quickly, he diagnosed the problem and he fixed it and he was very reasonable. He is a very responsive and dependable plumber. He did specialty work that was challenging to find a provider for and he was able to fix my frozen pipes promptly. He came out in the middle of a blizzard. It was kind of my fault because he told me to keep the water dripping and I didn't.

They got back to me quickly after my first call to give me a quote. They arrived on time, did the work efficiently, and cleaned everything up afterwards. Steve and Dan were friendly and answered all of my questions. I would definitely use them again.

They dug into exising pipe and replaced

Our drains backed up in the basement and by looking into the septic tanks we could tell that there was a clog between the two tanks. Economy Setpic emptied the tanks but was unable to unplug the pipe. They recommended M and S Plumbing to do the excavating to replace the pipe. We called Steve in the afternoon and he returned our call that evening and said that he could be over between 9 and 10 am the following morning to give the quote and if we wanted to go forward he could perform the work that day. He arrived right at 9 am and provided the quote. I have had issues with the pipes previously and wanted the pipes replaced back to the house. He was very easy to work with, answered all of my questions and had the work done by the end of the day.

They got the job done. I called them up and they are plumbers I used in the past. They come out when I ask them to and they get the job done.

We had sewage backed up into the garage which was the lowest point of the sewer system. S and M Plumbing responded within an hour of our phone call. Steve Meyers analyzed the problem and quickly started to clean out the blockage. He explained what he was doing at each juncture in the process and made us feel that he really enjoyed fixing the problem and would be able to fix any future plumbing need we might have. Since this house is only 5 years old, we had many questions. Steve fielded them all and gave us peace of mind that we could call on him in the future and feel confident that he would not over charge and would be able to fix the problem. Overall, he was at our house for less than an hour and we were very satisfied with his competence and professionalism. I would highly recommend him to anyone with a plumbing problem or installation need.
