Mr. Lynch provided the best quote for constructing a bathroom in our basement. This involved building the walls, adding the necessary plumbing, venting, and electrical elements, installation of a tile floor and a large tile shower. He worked with us to choose the tile and find quarts for the threshold and show seat. Everything was done to an A+ level. He also added a vent for heating and installed a cold air return in the gameroom next to the bathroom. He added a door to the area under the stairs to provide a significant storage area. The bathroom exceeded our expectations. We chose Mr. Lynch after having him install a backsplash for Mexican stone tile in our kitchen. He spent a considerable amount of time helping us pick the stone tile and design before the installation. He was able to adjust the backsplash to make up for the builder's failure to have the granite countertops go to the wall. The adjustment added to the character of the backsplash rather than looking like a fix. We would use Mr. Lynch for any other work that we want or need to have done. The quality of his work and reasonableness of his costs keep him very busy. Despite this, he took his time and did a great job with our projects.
