My roof was over 30 years old and needed replaced. Roberto came out, looked at my roof and some recommendations. He pointed out that my gutters needed replaced and my chimney needed repaired. His crew came out and had the entire job done in three days. They did a great job and a great clean-up. Everyone was polite and professional.

Everything was done professionally and perfectly. Roberto and crew worked from morning until late afternoon. I tell anyone looking to get a new roof to call them.

Roberto pays attention to the details! We were in Florida while the work was being done, so for any investor out of state and certainly anyone on the premises can understand the importance of trusting the contractor you have hired to work on your property. Great job. Crew of 6 finished in one day!

Crew was personable and professional. Job was completed in one day. Inspected old roofing, replaced shingels, underpayment, flashing and sealant. Installed vents and capping. Fixed gutter shields And repaired and repainted T-11 on chimney, ( no charge). They cleaned everything up, went over all work, before and after pictures, left me feeling very satisfied. I'd hire them again.

He fixed a lot of errors that were made by the original builder and roofer. Replaced 5 pieces of rotted wood, b/c ice shield was never installed

Took photos to show us the damage, and had Excellent communication the entire process, so we knew exactly what was happening and why he was doing what he was doing and allowed us to make educated decisions for extra work that needed to be done (ie replaced rotted wood)

He did excellent work and would definately recommend him to anyone needing roof work

Overall the roof install went well.  Due to a scheduling conflict the install was done while I was not at home, and 9/10ths of the installation went as planned.

Due to a miscommunication, the ridge vent was not installed at the time of replacement.  However, R Max Construction was incredibly responsive to this oversight.  The right vent was installed the very next day, and Roberto personally oversaw its completion.  A credit was even given on the total cost of the project for the mistake.  

At the end of the day, it was R Max Construction's response to the mistake that really set them apart from other contractors.  Their cooperation and accountability are top notch.
