Very welcoming and didn't have to wait when I walked in the door. Very friendly staff and the eye doctor was very nice. I will definitely be back!

I have used this provider for two years in a row. The first visit was not ideal, perhaps because it was on a weekend. I waited for over an hour to be seen by the eye doctor, even though I had a scheduled appointment on the books prior to the day of the appointment. Once I was taken back, the process went smoothly and quickly. The eye doctor was pleasant and answered my questions without hesitation. For some reason, the person handling the payment/isurance had come to me on three different occassions when I was waiting (the hour long wait) and told me conflicting things about what insurance would cover, whether the store and quot;dealand quot; would come out to be less expensive, and then came back to say she had it wrong. This was all before I had even seen the eye doctor. Nonetheless I visited the provider again for this annual visit, and it went perfectly smooth from beginning to end. Perhaps because it was the middle of a weekday when I scheduled the appointment this time and there were no others in the store. In the end, my prescriptions have been correct, which is very important. We'll see how things go next year...

They were quick.

They are very good and I would continue to use them in the future.
