I use a phone that is about 15 years old. They have asked me to upgrade to another plan but I am satisfied with the phone I have. The price is inexpensive and I get 250 text messages and 50 minutes worth of calls free. I have never had to drop calls.

They failed to mention that the fios comes with different speeds. They are very difficult to reach on the phone. We consistently have multiple errors in the bills.
