 + -1 moreI use a phone that is about 15 years old. They have asked me to upgrade to another plan but I am satisfied with the phone I have. The price is inexpensive and I get 250 text messages and 50 minutes worth of calls free. I have never had to drop calls.

 + -1 moreThey failed to mention that the fios comes with different speeds. They are very difficult to reach on the phone. We consistently have multiple errors in the bills.
