Excellent! They are really friendly and reasonably priced. They are very knowledgeable about hair color and very accommodating. They are very reliable and have never rescheduled on me.

The slight and quot;trimand quot; turned into VERY short bangs, uneven lengths all over, my 1 length hair had the sides shortened, etc. It took her a long time for a quick trim and she kept trying to even up my hair. I have very thick hair with a slight curl and have always been told it is easy to work with, but this was very disappointing. The salon is usually busy and there are several stylists, so I'm sure others must have more experience than Darla.

They were very good. They were accommodating and they were personable. They were friendly and professional. They were good at what they did. They were helpful with advice. Their prices were good. They were not too high.

Stylist was nice enough; but I'm not happy with the cut. It's choppy and uneven. It feels boyish for a bob.

We are new to the area and found the salon through your service. My daughter and I both had appointments and specifically requested stylists that were proficient in color. My daughter went to Diane and was very pleased with her outcome and plans to go back. I on the other hand am not as sure. I had Tracy. While she was very professional and very friendly, I'm not sure she quit got what I was look for. My previous salon I'd been going to for over 15 years so she always knew what I was looking to do and made great suggestions. We had been working for the past 4 months letting my gray grow out and using my natural color low light in between. I explained this, but when it was all done more of the low lights were used and I feel it has defeated what I was striving to accomplish. My cut was OK, but still not sure if I'll return and give it a second try.
The salon staff over all were very friendly and always asked if we needed any refreshments or magazines so from that perspective I would highly recommend them.

This was my first visit to the salon. Jen was excellent. She took her time with me, was very meticulous and did a wonderful job on my hair. I could not be more satisfied with the service and I will be a loyal customer from today on.
My hair is a bit of a pain to work with - it is curly and there is a lot of it. It took her a long time to get the highlights on and she was patient and didn't rush her way through it (as I've experienced at some other places). She was careful to do it correctly and do it well. I told Jen generally what I was looking for regarding color and then left the decision up to her expertise. She suggested using two shades instead of one and I am so happy with the outcome.
She thoroughly washed and conditioned my hair and the scalp massage was fantastic.
Cut was exactly what I asked for.
I'd say the key phrase for this salon is quality over quantity. It was a bit more expensive than I've paid at other places but time was taken to do it right and that deserves compensation.

I like them. I've been going there for many years. They provide excellent service. I like the convenience of the location and the quality of the woman who does my hair.

We go to the same person. My kids and I absolutely love her. The people at the reception area always greet us. They always ask who we are there to see and they always see right away. We have never waited longer than 10 minutes. We have gone to other salons and we have waited, waited and waited. Everyone there seemed to be very nice with the clients. We have never had any bad experience or seen anyone yawning or raising their voice. They all seem to get along very well. They are always professional and it's very nice. The environment is pretty clean for the salon. We have been to other salons where there are hair all over. Profiles Styling is very organized. They have nice couches and leather chair to sit on, so it's a pretty moderate upscale type of salon. No one has ever been unhappy. I took my son to another place for some time and he hated it. He had a terrible experience. They cut the hair short and he was devastated. We took him there and made sure she knew what had happened to the other salon. She was very good at listening and making sure that he got exactly what he wanted. It is a little bit more expensive than some of the ones in the area, but we like the quality we get. It is definitely worth the quality.
