Tony, came the same day we called. Initially diagnosed as a bad motor but then found a bad intermittent circuit board. He went back to his shop, retrieved the part and finished the install. Honest, professional, and very competent. Highly recommend and will definitely use again for service or purchase of new system (our current system is 15 years old).
