I purchased this laptop a year ago at Best Buy. I brought my computer back to BB and it was 18 days out of warranty. BB did nothing for me although I purchased my laptop and my tablet in the store just over one year ago.
After waiting for what felt like an eternity, I was told to buy an extended warranty for 200.00 and they could look at it, and it might be additional depending on what is wrong with it...I left the store because I had no confidence that they were remotely capable of doing anything other than adding on charges.
I called PC Buddy and Chris Milroy was kind and professional. My laptop was returned to me in a few days and all is well. I will use his services again. I would not hesitate to recommend PC Buddy.
