First off let me go in by saying I had a deadline on my hands. Get a written offer secured within 15 days and get me to closing in 45 days. I knew who to call because she was highly recommended and that was Katina Hunter. I gave Katina the worse case scenario and Katina put a total of three agents on it from her group. I followed Katina’s advice and did exactly as she wanted me to. At times I did not agree with her on some things but I ended up being wrong. I was always on pins and needles because this house had to sell. Katina and Mike Hunter had an agreement secured in two weeks and took me to closing on the 45th day. The Hunter team did such a great job and they made my mind at ease because they always had my back and made the right decisions. The buyer also had a good agent so this closing went very well. Although I didn’t care for the fizzy flavored water she gave me to drink at closing I thought she was trying to get back at me for something LOL KATINA!! Well if your looking for very aggressive agents with tons of experience and the knowledge to get the job done correctly then call Katina or Mike hunter at Northwood Realty in Cranberry Twp.

Kim and Todd Van Horn were absolutely amazing agents! Very honest, reliable, knowledgable, agents. I can't say enough about how wonderful they are.
