THE SALESMAN AT HOME DEPOT WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT HIS PRODUCT. THE INSTALLER ARRIVED ON TIME AND DID MORE THAN WHAT WAS EXPECTED.

THIS EXPERIENCE OF BUYING A NEW REFRIGERATOR TRIED OUR PATIENCE. HOME DEPOT DOES NOT CARRY A LARGE SELECTION OF STOCK, SO YOU BROWSE THROUGH CATALOGS TO SEE FEATURES & PHOTOS OF APPLIANCES. THE FIRST DELIVERY BROUGHT US A SCRATCHED UNIT (SMALL), BUT IT WAS A LESSER QUALITY UNIT. IT DID NOT HAVE THE GLASS SHELVES AS PICTURED; IT HAD WIRE SHELVES. AT THIS POINT THE CUSTOMER MUST CALL A SPECIAL 1-800 NUMBER FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. ANOTHER UNIT WAS DELIVERED AND AGAIN IT WAS INCORRECT. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF FINALLY AGREED TO 'GIVE' ME A BETTER MODEL WITH DESIRED FEATURES. ALL IN ALL THIS WAS NOT A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE.
