After approximately three months from installation, we had significant problems with the double oven which Hillmon provided and installed and despite numerous visits from the Jenn Air service technician the oven never worked properly. Regardless of which oven was used, top or bottom, the cooking temperature varied to such a degree inside each oven that items in the back of the oven would be burnt and items in the front of the oven would not be cooked.  After 3-1/2 years of frustration with the ovens, we decided to replace them with another brand.
After doing much research we decided to purchase Kenmore Pro double ovens to replace the Jenn Air ovens installed by Hillmon.  When the Jenn Air ovens were removed and the junction box opened the installers discovered that the wiring had not been connected properly by Hillmon's installers as one of the oven?s 110 leads was not properly secured and had worked its way loose.  The wiring had significantly overheated, melted two of the wire nuts together (photos attached) and melted several inches of insulation on one of the wires coming from the oven.  Obviously, this is why the oven never functioned as designed, as power to the unit was only half of design at best.  More disconcerting, is the fact that this carelessness could have caused a fire with catastrophic results.
On March 10, 2014, I wrote a detailed letter to the owner of Hillmon Appliance, Mr. Don Hillenbrand, explaining what was discovered when the Jenn Air Oven was removed and the wiring problem revealed that his installers had created.  The wiring in our home from our electric panel to the oven is aluminum.  His installers had used wire nuts to secure our aluminum wire to the copper lead coming from the oven.  After a short period of time, the oven connections worked their way loose and shorted out causing the problem.  His installers should have used a connector called a "split bolt" (photo attached) which are used to make secure connections when joining aluminum and copper wiring together.  Had they used split bolts, this problem would have been averted.  
In my letter to Mr. Hillenbrand, I explained that my wife and I had decided to purchase a Kenmore Pro double oven at a cost of approximately $2,800. to replace the Jenn Air as Kenmore was highly recommended by Consumer Reports and Kenmore appliances can only be purchased from Sears, not Hillmon.  In my letter, I asked for compensation and asked Mr. Hillenbrand to reply to my request. 
My letter to Mr. Hillenbrand was never answered.  I called his office numerous times over the past six months and never got the courtesy of a return phone call to discuss the matter.  Obviously, Hillmon Appliance is only interested in making the sale, not addressing problems that arise when the products that they provide and install do not work as intended.

Bad.  The sales guy actually was good at communicating beforehand about install but once the installers arrived with the appliances it went downhill fast.  They were extremely slow left the place a complete mess.   The installers seemed to know very little about the appliances they were delivering (they told my wife another crew installs range hoods which was very clearly part of our order).  They charge $150/hour for install services and beyond having them deliver the appliances into the kitchen...I would find someone else.  The installers sat outside in their truck for several lengthy intervals.   I didn't realize until the end of the day that they were charging me for that time as well.  The installers also said that my range top didn't work.  So they left it unhooked & it was 1 week before their service guy was out to look at it.  Turns out, there was nothing wrong with the range top...the installers simply didn't know how to turn it on/off.  Ironically, I got to pay for their time at $150/hr the day they were trying to figure that one out.
The sales guy has been very unhelpful after the sale.  We had 2 choices for our particular appliance brand in the area & we apparently went with the wrong one.  ...next time we will choose a different appliance brand (and we like our appliances, it's just very concerning that they would choose to work with Hillmon).

As we were having a kitchen built, but needed the appliances delivered at different times, they were able to hold some things (like the fridge), but deliver what we needed when we needed it. Very helpful and pleasant.

HELPFUL, NON-PUSHY (AND NON-COMMISSIONED) SALES PEOPLE PROVIDED GOOD ADVICE WHEN CHOOSING APPLIANCES. THEY CALLED ME TO LET ME KNOW THAT ONE OF THE APPLIANCES I HAD CHOSEN WOULD HAVE A PRICE INCREASE IN A FEW WEEKS SO I COULD LOCK IN MY PRICE QUOTE. THEY WILL MATCH COMPETITIVE PRICE QUOTES WHERE POSSIBLE. INSTALLERS ARE FRIENDLY, EFFICIENT AND CLEAN UP AFTER THEMSELVES.
