Small business registered/licensed/insured for HVACR, Electrical, and General Construction work. 8 years of experience doing HVAC/Electrical and General construction (drywall, trim, doors, framing in basements, insulation, flooring, tile, etc). I will almost always charge as time and materials and special order items must be paid for up front after an install date is set and a contract is signed. Flooring/Tile is paid by the square footage. Hourly rate varies based on difficulty of job and if I have to apply and signoff on permits and inspections. All work comes with a 1 year no worry workmanship warranty.
