Elaine was helpful at every step of the sale process from properly evaluating the value of the house to the closing.

She helped us with 21 acres.  She has been living here.  She knows this area.  She is pretty well connected with the people here.  She knows the market very well.  This is the first time I met her and we showed her the property and everything went really well.  She came over with three bidders.  She was right in line with everybody else with everybody else.

Elaine had been involved with the sale of homes in my development. She was one of several agents whom I interviewed to handle the sale of my home. Elaine impressed me with her ability to determine a sales price and explain to me the basis for her value even though my expectation was a little higher. Elaine explained the positives of the house as well as some of the negatives and how those negatives could impact the time a sale might take. Elaine marketed the house using all of the assets available through Northwood. She had numerous open houses and had at least weekly updates of her efforts and the potential buyers. She helped me stage the house so that it was ready for showing at a moments notice. Elaine was helpul once an offer was received in negotiating the final price. Because I work and was unable to be home for some repairs that needed to be made before the sale could close, Elaine volunteered to leave the repairmen in. On several occasions Elaine arranged her schedule to accomodate my schedule. Elaine prepared me for the closing and it went flawlessly. I could not have been happier with Elaine's services, professionalism, attention to detail and commitment to selling the house. I will certainly use her services again.
