It is a small establishment. They are nice people. They have been really good with them. You wait 10 minutes, something like that. They do good work.

Our aging cat had been very sick, lethargic and losing weight. We made an appointment to her to see Dr. Gardner to discuss what we should do to keep her comfortable or to see if she may have an illness that could be cured. Unfortunately we had an unexpected death in the family and had have our two sons take her into see Dr. Garder and to discuss the alternatives without being there with them. Dr. Gardner ran a few tests, gave her an injection to help with nausea and suggested they take her home for a few days rest. He made us feel comfortable that would come up with the best solution when the blood work was returned. Dr. Gardner personally followed up by phone with the results of the test and stayed in touch with us. In addition to being wonderful to work with while we were dealing with a separate family tragedy Dr. Gardner was wonderful with our cat who is very much afraid of anyone other than his own owners.

I like that place a lot. The vet there is very nice and really gentle with my cat. My cat is not the easiest to get along with when it comes to going to the vet. They do only cats there as far as I know. The receptionist usually helps him and she is always very nice also.

It went very well, and you can tell that both the receptionist and the veterinarian are cat lovers, and they helped make my kitty feel at ease. They did not try to push more vaccinations than our indoor cat needed, which other vets have in the past. The exam was very thorough, and the veterinarian was not judgmental about my cat being overweight, but he presented the risks of her gaining weight in a kind straightforward manner. I am definitely glad this clinic is so close to home, and I will definitely take my cat back each year for her checkups.

When I called the office to make an appointment I was impressed by the professionalism and compassion of the receptionist. When I arrived for the appointment the receptionist was also kind and caring. Our cat is 9 years old and has never been out of the house or been to a vet but Dr. Garber immediately put him at ease. Our cat even purred during the whole exam! Dr. Garbed diagnosed the problem and started with the least aggressive treatment and suggested we just call back if it didn't clear up within a week or so. After a week I saw some improvement but called back because there was still some signs of infection. The receptionist was aware of the doctor's comments and immediately made a new oral medication available for me to pick up. This office is professional, caring, efficient and affordable.

It's been several years since I've had a pet and I am somewhat new to the area, so I did some Angie's List/online research before settling on Dr. Garber at the Cranberry Cat Clinic. I debated going to one of the larger vet offices in the area, where there may have been more available doctors, but ultimately I settled on Dr. Garber because I liked the idea of a cat specialist. He has some evening and weekend hours, so even as a one-man-show, he is also accomodating. I had no trouble making an appointment for a check up and a shot that the breeder said was due for my new kitten, Anya.

Anya and I arrived early, but still we waited only a short time. His amiable assistant had gotten my (our) info over the phone when I made the appointment, so there was no paperwork. The waiting room is small, but adequate. Both the waiting room and the examination room were quite clean -- no little piles of cat hair in the corners.

Dr. Garber would have given her the booster if I'd insisted, but he didn't recommend it (which also saved us money). Instead he performed the feline leukemia test (and gave results about 10 minutes later) and gave her a rabies shot, saving me the cost (and time) of an additional visit. Anya was at ease and even purring through most of the visit. I was at ease too, feeling comfortable asking a gazillion questions, which were answered thoroughly and patiently. Among other things, I asked about spaying and microchipping. He advised we let her experience a heat cycle or two before spaying in order to help prevent a certain common type of (ovarian?) cancer...and recommended doing the microchipping with the spaying when she's anesthitized (because it's done with an otherwise painful needle).

Bottom line: Dr. Garber is pleasant and professional. My first experience was a good one and I intend to make him Anya's regular vet.

He is excellent. We have a cat that has been very sick and he has been wonderful. The pricing is very good. They are very friendly and very nice. They have been very easy to work with. The whole staff has been wonderful. Since we just relocated to this area it has been nice to find a vet that is very friendly and very personable. He takes a very good interest in our cat. We will continue to see them.

Dr. Garber, whose practice is only for cats, has a great deal of expertise on cats. He was gentle with the kitten and extremely thorough in his exam. As he was examining her he told me what he was doing and the outcome. The kitten was in excellent condition, so we didn't have to discuss treatment options. He explained what the FVRCP vaccine was and that the cat might be sleepy after it. Dr. Garber's communication skills are excellent; he is very accessible by telephone. Over approximately 10 years I have had about 10 cats as his patients. I have been very pleased with his treatment of minor problems (skin sores) to serious illnesses (kidney and neurological disease). He was extremely sensitive and compassionate during euthanasia. His staff is very knowledgeable and pleasant. Appointments can often be made the same day as calling. I highly recommend the Cranberry Cat Clinic and Dr. Garber to all cat owners.

I have been exceptionally pleased with the quality of care that my cat has received at the Cranberry Cat Clinic. Our cat is older and we have had some serious health issues. We have always been able to receive prompt, compassionate, gentle and technically superb care. Even when the veterinarian had to deliver the news that our cat's tumor was malignant, he remained optimistic - and rightfully so. It has been almost two years and the cat is doing fine. Prices are reasonable and I found that they do not pressure me into extra procedures or tests to generate additional income. I couldn't be more comfortable with or confident in the care provided to my precious friend.

I use this clinic because they specialize in cats. I find them to be very kind and gentle to my cats as well as very articulate and responsive to my questions and the needs of my cat. I feel they do what is best for my pet and do not do any unnecessary procedures for the sake of generating income.
