We received a gift membership to Costco. We will not renew it.
Costco of Cranberry Twp. PA nearly always has long check-out line and long lines at customer service.
Their selection is poor with the only exception being televisions.
Unimpressed.

Costco is a good place to shop for most anything, from food and clothing to tires and anything in between. Unit prices are always good, but you must be willing to buy in bulk for some things--like 36 rolls of toilet paper at one time or huge containers of laundry detergent. There may not be a varied selection of some items, especially clothing, but most things are of good quality. They have their own butchers and bakery, and both meats and baked good are excellent (if you buy in bulk). You must pay an annual membership fee to shop there, but your savings on items may cover the fee if you shop there often.

With a severely injured knee since June, 2014, I have relied on the electric carts offered by most larger retailers. In most cases they have been a real help, allowing me to shop without the pain that comes from standing or walking for extended periods of time. In all stores but Costco in Cranberry Twp, PA. Today there was one cart available to me when I arrived. The charge indicator initially showed a full charge but the cart started to beep by the time I reached the rear of the store. I returned to the front and proceeded to plug the unit in. The door attendant thanked me for that simple gesture. I took the only other available cart and finished my shopping. When I reached the exit door and parked the cart, a different door attendant berated me for plugging the cart in - "it's #4 - it is a problem." Sorry, Costco - I'm the customer and I don't appreciate this foolish management of electric carts. Fix them or get them out of the rotation. But don't chew out the customers!

Costco is terrific for tires! Ive price compared them to sears, flynn tires, tirerack.com, and on and on, and Costco always wins out. Reason being is because of their all-in pricing including hazard service. I had a nail in my tire, they gave me the pro rated difference back towards a new tire based on the tread life and itbwas incleded in the original cost. If you're looking to go and it's at the point where winter tire are needed, you better get in line BEFORE the store opens to save time. THe wait can be 3+ hours otherwise.

Everything was fine. Excellent prices. Personnel were always helpful. Snack bar food is tasty and inexpensive.

They are great. I love the audiologist. She is just fabulous. She hooked me up to the machine and found out why I can't hear and measured the levels of my hearing. She then gave me my hearing aids and I have four different programs on themthat are used for certain situations like a restaurant or a movie. You can call and get an appointment very easily. You can also walk up to the front desk there and see if there is any openings to get your hearings checked. She is very willing and if she is not busy with a customer or another patient, she will help you out. The secretary is very helpful as well.

I like the person that did the test. I like the fact they were probably close to $2000 less than any of the audiologist. That is a lot to like. The individual that helped me out was very kind and courteous. The overall experience was very good. Punctuality was fine. The staff was very friendly. Bedside manner was very good. They were very good. I have recommended them as well.

Their services are good. I decided to purchase my tires there because of the price. I will continue to use this company in the future.

It is a fairly quick service and the quality is good.

You can't do anything at the actual store. You call a number provided by the store not local (1st warning signal and leave a message through an automated system. (2nd warning signal) We didn't hear anything back from them for 3 weeks (3rd warning signal) Then we got a call and the salesman made an appointment. The day of the appointment we got a call (message) that he would not be able to make it and would call back to reschedule (4th warning signal). And then he didn't (5th

warning signal).

We didn't even think of calling them back. It also sounded like this was some third party company that our gut told us to avoid

I got 4 Michelin tires for my Chevy Cavalier. It was an entire package and I got it installed and done by them itself. The price that I paid wasn't bad. You first need to look at the coupon to see if they have any special offers. If they happen to have any offers then you can go in and tell them your car model as well as the make of the vehicle. You also need to tell them as to what kind of tires you would like to have. They finalize the package for you. You need to spend about an hour or two and then you can pick it up. They provide great service with good price as well. The quality of their products and services is very good. I might go to them again if they have tires for my minivan, as it requires some sort of special tires like run-flat tires.
