 I went to the one in Cranberry
Township and worked with
Jacy Schmidt who is wonderful.  One of my mini pendant lights they ordered
came with a defect in the glass shade and Jacy ordered a new one right away.
 I also bought an expensive floor light and matching ceiling light for my
foyer.  The ceiling light's insulation came unglued the first night and
almost caught fire.  I took it into Cardello and they refunded my credit
card.  Usually one you wire a light you cannot return it or have to get a
replacement, but since I was a little nervous they made an exception.  I
also almost bought those lights on Amazon because they were priced lower but I
called Jacy to ask and she ordered them and I paid even less and had the
advantage of Cardello's great service.  

My husband and I also saved money by buying electrical
supplies ourselves to be installed in our renovated kitchen.  The guys at
the electrical desk in the back are all great, friendly, knowledgeable, and
helpful.

Highly recommend Cardello.  We also explored Ferguson but the prices
where very high and the sales people did not seem as knowledgeable about their
products.
